About Jennifer Kirby

I believe informed clients make better decisions. My job is to make sure you understand every step of a real estate transaction.  A New Mexico native, I moved to Virginia 30 years ago to complete my graduate degree in geography where I studied economic development/urban planning at Virginia Tech and the University of Arizona.

Before real estate, I spent years in marketing and business development in the construction and engineering industry in Charlottesville, Richmond and Phoenix as well as managing personal investment properties.

My education and experience give me a strong foundation in how communities grow and what drives property values.  

When I'm not working, I'm with family and friends, practicing my Spanish, or traveling to the Southwest and Maine.
